Nothing runs on money you haven't paid, and nothing is ever owed. Pay the year up front, or pay each period before it starts. Same total either way. Miss a period and your ads pause; your site and email keep working.
Year one adds the build, once: your website $2,500 and a Google Workspace email in your name $250. From year two, just the pack. All prices in AUD. GST is 10% and is shown on every invoice. Unspent advertising money carries forward to your next period. The fee is earned when the work is done. The full price sheet.
